Welcome to the official Mike Duffy's Personal Training Body Fat Contest Web Site. We have been running this body fat contest for 13 years! Initially we ran one contest per year. The past few years we have been running three per year, Winter, Spring and Fall. Over the years clients have lost thousands of pounds of fat in a healthy way. This is NOT a weight loss contest where you starve yourself and lose weight in an unhealthy manner. We encourage you to eat 5 times per day and increase your exercise frequency. Our certified personal trainers motivate you to your best shape ever.
To enter the contest you must do the following:
  • Fill out initial paper work.
  • Invest in the $100 contest fee.
  • Show up on the scheduled initial weigh in date to have your weight and body fat percentage taken.
  • Train at least once a week with a Mike Duffy's Personal Trainer for 6 weeks or:
  • Workout on your own on the other days.
  • Eat at least 3 meals and 2 snacks per day.
  • Show up on the final weigh in date to have your weight,body fat percentage and photo taken.
The 3 clients with the highest percentage of body fat lost win cash prizes. Everyone else is also a winner, most clients competing in this contest lose at least 5% or more. They lose weight, feel more energetic and look great! Check out some of the past winners, get motivated and sign up today!
